At Peaks Optical Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Prescription eyewear, contact lenses, and final sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at info@peaksoptical.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
