Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Canada): 2–4 business days
- Standard Shipping (USA): 7–14 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD within Canada.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)Â International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Peaks Optical Solutions is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@peaksoptical.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions Some products (e.g., prescription eyewear) may have shipping restrictions to certain regions. Any restrictions will be noted at checkout.
