We sell to optical retailers only — not to the public. The application lets us verify that and keeps pricing out of the wrong hands, which matters for your margins as much as ours. It's a short form and usually approved within one to two business days.

No. One frame is a valid order. There's no minimum to open an account and no minimum on reorders. We'd rather you try one style, see how it moves, and come back for more — than pressure you into a quantity that ends up sitting on your shelf.

Orders leave our Canadian warehouse within 48 hours of being placed — that's dispatch time, not delivery time. Delivery depends on where you are, but because we're shipping domestically within Canada, most stores receive their order within a few business days of dispatch.

If you're in Ontario, yes. We do in-person demos at your store — bring the catalog to you, let you handle the frames, and answer questions on the spot. No obligation to order on the day. Just get in touch when you apply and we'll arrange it.
